Mobile platform provided by Avasarshala will help girls in the age group 6-18 years engage in opportunities that utilize their talents and interests.

Every Girl receives one-to-one assistance regarding every Opportunity sent to her. The Personal Advisor acts as a Mentor to ensure appropriate opportunities are not missed out and help with the application processes if required.

Moms who attend the camp will be provided with Awareness regarding the Opportunities, their benefits and way forward. They will earn the capacity to be the Girl's Mentors at Home

High potential girls who demonstrate active participation and enthusiasm to achieve more are invited into the RiseUp! Signature Leadership Program. The cohort is guided to focus on leadership development objectives and start reflecting upon their personal and professional goals.

Rubika lives in a hamlet in Coimbatore. She is from a farmer family. Rubika's Journey through RiseUp! has created a new future for herself.

In September, Rubika got into a year-long International Leadership program based out of Atlanta, USA.
